These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the STARFORMATION network. Is considered a "customer" any person or entity making an order with the company STARFORMATION validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.
Age restrictions apply: STARFORMATION only accepts customers over 16years (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years (for services:coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature public capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this fact is brought to our attention. Similarly, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and the product(s) concerned will be returned.

Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of all taxes (at the French VAT rate of 20%), excluding shipping and handling costs for your order. Prices may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.
Payment is due immediately on the order date, including for pre-ordered products. Payment may be made by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online credit card payments are made via Stripe.Transmitted information is encrypted by state-of-the-art software and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be imputed to us.
Delivery is made to the email address you provided when you placed your order (please pay particular attention to the spelling of the email address you enter and especially to the zip code). Training delivery may be delayed and may take up to 4 weeks.
Exercising the right of withdrawal : If the Customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal before logging on to the course with the identifiers provided following his purchase, the Customer must notify his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail to : contact@starfounders.com, before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. If the Customer has already logged on to the training course, he/she will no longer be able to benefit from this withdrawal period.
STARFORMATION reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training course, in particular when the number of participants in this training course is deemed pedagogically inappropriate, and to inform the Customer of this no later than 2 days before the date of the training course.STARFORMATION reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training course in the event of the incapacity of the trainer.
The training course booked and paid for on the website. In the event of absence from training, late arrival, partial participation, withdrawal or early termination for any reason other than forcemajeure duly recognized, the Customer will be liable for the full amount of his training and may not request a refund.In the event of absence for health reasons justified by a Medical Certificate, the defaulting participant may defer his registration to a future training course. Failing this, the full amount of the course fee will be due.
